Call of Duty: World at War provides a brutal and exciting World War II scenario. Players participate in the toughest battles of the Pacific Islands, facing off against the Japanese, or join the ranks of the Soviets as they advance through battle-ravaged cities towards the German capital of Berlin. The story of World at War emphasizes the hardships of war, but doesn’t pull back on the adrenaline of the fight and leaves you with some classic, albeit fictional, characters to look out for.
