Dead Space information
Dead Space: one of the most atmospheric and enjoyable horror games of recent times 0 7,406 Words Dead Space: an absolutely amazing game in terms of tension in the science-fiction survival horror genre. The blend of horror, tactics and atmosphere has been pulled off exceptionally to result in one of the most enjoyable games I’ve had to the pleasure of play over the years.
You control isaac clark, an ordinary engineer who is tasked to try and find the USG Ishimura a giant mining ship that hasn’t made contact with earth. On reaching the ship, you find the ship overrun with horrible alien beasts known as ‘necro’ and must fight your way to escape from them and to try and understand whats going on.
The survival elements in this game are brilliant; limited ammo, medical supplies and upgrades make every single combat situation and walk down a darkened hallway a real threat to your survival. This is also true for combat where head shots will only take a limb off (they seem quite resilient to actual damage) and it is only through a series of perfectly aimed shots that the Necromorphs can truly die, leading to some unique and incredibly satisfying combat encounters.
Weapons and gear can be upgraded, and there are so many rooms of dimly lit and desolate ship, dark corridors, forgotten labs, dirty, empty engineer decks etc.
inematic experience and incredibly challenging, fun and terrifying time.
This game is also similar to that one, and you can play it too. The Killing Antidote
