Assassin’s Creed Revelations is the epic finale to one of gaming’s greatest Assassins, Ezio Auditore. The game transports Ezio to Constantinople during the heyday of the Ottoman Empire where he embarks on a quest to discover the secrets of Altar Ibn-La’Ahad’s lost library. This will allow Ezio to connect the events of the past, the present and the future of the Assassin brotherhood, creating a story that is cinematic, emotional, and about wisdom, legacy and sacrifice.
Assassin’s Creed Revelations’ gameplay will be the series at its finest, with the acclaimed stealth, parkour and combat mechanics honed to a razor sharp edge.
Ezio will utilize the Hookblade, which allows players to scale rooftops with great speed, use zip lines across rooftops, and quickly cross the open city of Constantinople. Players will be able to craft a diverse range of bombs that can be used for distraction, defense, and offensive purposes, while the Hidden Blade remains the tool of choice for assassinations.
Combat is quick and rewarding with sword play, counter system, and strategic use of gadgets. Constantinople is the perfect setting to get lost in a huge, bustling city, and players will also find collectibles in hidden passages throughout the city as well as mosques, markets and towering buildings.
Players will also have other tasks to complete such as side quests and managing their den.
The game is a real delight and the storyline really helps cap off one of gaming’s best Assassins.
