Resident Evil 3 information
In contrast to much of it’s forebears Resident Evil 3 For PC is incredibly fast paced and packed with action however, this hasn’t come at the expense of the other defining Resident Evil elements of exploration, resource management and, of course, a decent narrative.
You play as Jill Valentine and your aim is to make it out of Raccoon City’s nightmarish viral outbreak alive, with an ever expanding roster of obstacles and dangers waiting for you, from the derelict buildings and decaying streets of the city to the hidden underground labyrinths and perilous labs.
Players must work their way through various environments and find items, solve puzzle elements within their surrounding environment, and conserve scarce ammo and health supplies.
The environment constantly presents danger and it is very easy for any battle with even the smallest enemy to turn into a major predicament without preparation. Most definitely an unforgettable part of the experience comes from Nemesis-an omnipresent, unforgiving enemy that seems to attack Jill at various points throughout the game and always at opportune times for maximum effect, to create pressure and make certain that the player can rarely sit idle.
Combat is noticeably more action oriented then other, moretraditional,survival horror titles, and Jill has a varied arsenal of weapons at her disposal. Environments are detailed with atmospheric lighting and sound effects, and some surprisingly cinematic elements within its gameplay that elevate the experience as well.
Even the way you dodge and quickly maneuver enhances its action-heavy tone further in regards to enemy encounters.
In an age where the true survival horror genre has moved away from the style that RE3 embodies, it is still an engaging and exciting experience of horror, action, exploration, and story.
